Article 1: Reservations

Our prices always include the provision of accommodation with water, electricity and heating.
Our prices do not include the pet fee, the deposit and the additional services. Accommodation is provided for a fixed number of occupants and can not be occupied by a greater number of people.
Article 2: Arrival

Article 3: Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be notified by email. If canceled one week before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.

Article 5: Cancellation by the owner
The owner will refund the entire deposit.
Article 6: Animals
We accept pets (except dogs of 1st and 2nd category, pit bull type rottweiler ..). They should not disturb the tranquility of the Domaine customers, they are leashed and must have their updated vaccination record.
Article 7: Insurance
The customer is responsible for all damages caused by him. It must hold liability insurance resort.
Article 8 Valuables
It is recommended that didnt leave valuables in accommodation
Article 9 Inventory
Any damage or theft statements within the accommodation on your departure is at the customer.
Article 10 Use of premises
The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the hiring and use it in the designated places.
Article 11 Complaints
